Also make sure that the Delta-8-THC product you ...tbh delta 8 gives me the shits more times than not. whether that be dabbing it or hitting the pen, i almost always need to shit after smoking. makes my stomach hurt sometimes. that happened rarely with me when i was smoking delta 9, but not often. other than that, i haven’t had any other side effects. it makes me cough way more than delta 9 ....
